Support for Windows 10 ends on 14 October 2025

If you have a Windows 10 PC which does not meet the hardware requirements for Windows 11, we can still install Windows 11 for you.
The cost of the Windows 11 upgrade is R1,575.00

1. How do I know if my PC can upgrade to Windows 11?
To check your system’s compatibility, download and run the PC Health Check app from Microsoft’s website. The app will scan your device and report whether it meets all the minimum system requirements for Windows 11.

2. What are the minimum system requirements for the upgrade?

-Processor: A 1 GHz or faster 64-bit processor with two or more cores.

    -RAM: 4 GB or more.

   – Storage: 64 GB or larger storage device.

-TPM: Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0.

-Secure Boot: UEFI firmware with Secure Boot capability.

3. Is it safe to install Windows 11 on a PC that does not meet the TPM and Secure BOOT requirements?
Yes it is safe, TPM and Secure BOOT are additional hardware security features. Your Windows 10 PC did not need them and has likely been running safely for many years.
To maintain a reasonable level of security it is important to ensure the following:
a. That important data is backed up
b. Your password/s are secure and not recycled
c. That you practice safe computing by not visiting dangerous websites or clicking on links in suspect emails.
